Starbase 359, colloquially known as Kincardine Station, is a Federation Spacedock-type starbase, administered by Omega Fleet. The starbase is in a semi-synchronous orbit of Sal'kiir, orbiting the planet twice per sidereal day.

Kincardine is the name of several places in Canada and Scotland on Earth.

The word Kincardine comes from the Gaelic ceann meaning "head" (as in "headland") and the Pictish cardden meaning "thicket or garden"[1].
